1. قبول الشروط Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك نظام شركة المتخصص لقطع غيار الآليات الثقيلة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها فيرجى عدم استخدام النظام. By using the شركة المتخصص لقطع غيار الآليات الثقيلة system you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. الحسابات وكلمات المرور Accounts & Passwords

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك. يجب إبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به. يحقّ لنا تعليق أي حساب يُستخدم بما يخالف هذه الشروط. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend any account used in breach of these terms.

3. الاستخدام المقبول Acceptable Use

• عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أي جزء من النظام أو بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.No attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or other users' data.
• عدم إدخال بيانات كاذبة أو مضلِّلة في السجلّات المحاسبية أو المخزنية.No entering of false or misleading data into accounting or inventory records.
• عدم استخدام النظام لأي غرض غير قانوني أو للإضرار بعمله أو بأمنه.No use of the system for any unlawful purpose or to harm its operation or security.

4. الطلبات وعروض الأسعار Orders & Quotations

عروض الأسعار والطلبات المُقدَّمة عبر النظام تمثّل عرضاً للشراء ولا تُعدّ ملزِمة إلا بعد تأكيدها من الموظف المختصّ وتحويلها إلى فاتورة. تظل الأسعار والكميات المتاحة قابلة للتغيير حتى لحظة التأكيد. Quotations and orders placed through the system constitute an offer to purchase and are not binding until confirmed by an authorized staff member and converted to an invoice. Prices and availability remain subject to change until confirmation.

5. الأسعار والدفع Pricing & Payment

جميع الأسعار بالعملة المحدّدة في النظام وقد تشمل أو لا تشمل الضريبة حسب الإعداد. عند الدفع الإلكتروني تتم المعالجة عبر بوابة دفع خارجية، ويُعتمَد إشعار البوابة المؤكَّد وحده دليلاً على إتمام الدفع. All prices are in the currency configured in the system and may or may not include tax per configuration. Online payments are processed by an external gateway; only the gateway's confirmed notification is treated as proof of payment.

6. الإرجاع والاستبدال Returns & Exchanges

يخضع إرجاع أو استبدال الأصناف لسياسة المتجر المعلنة ولحالة الصنف. لا يشمل ذلك الأصناف المُركَّبة أو المُستخدَمة ما لم يوجد عيب مصنعي. Returns and exchanges are subject to the shop's stated policy and the item's condition, excluding installed or used items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. الملكية الفكرية Intellectual Property

برمجية النظام وتصميمه وعلاماته مملوكة لمطوّره ولا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن كتابي. بياناتك التشغيلية تبقى ملكاً لك. The system software, design, and marks are owned by its developer and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission. Your operational data remains yours.

8. حدود المسؤولية Limitation of Liability

يُقدَّم النظام "كما هو". لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرَضية أو فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات الناتجة عن الاستخدام أو تعذُّر الاستخدام، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون. تقع مسؤولية دقّة البيانات المُدخَلة على المستخدم. The system is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the system. Accuracy of entered data is the user's responsibility.

9. الإيقاف والإنهاء Suspension & Termination

يجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند انتهاء اشتراك النظام. لا يُعفي الإنهاء من الالتزامات المالية القائمة. We may suspend or terminate access upon breach of these terms or expiry of the system subscription. Termination does not release existing financial obligations.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في البلد الذي يعمل فيه المتجر، وتختصّ محاكمه بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the shop operates, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. تعديل الشروط Changes to Terms

قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط، ويُعرَض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التعديل يُعدّ قبولاً. We may amend these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
